What To Do With Return to A-Z Guide

Tin Cans

Tin cans, such as cans from canned vegetables or cat food, are recyclable in curbside recycling, at the Drop-Off Station, and at the Recovery Yard. To ensure the lids get recycled with the can, put the lids in the empty can and squeeze the top of the can on opposite sides to create an eye-shaped opening that doesn't allow the lid to fall out.

Recycle Right!

Always make sure to rinse and drain the cans before recycling them.

Live Zero Waste!

Buy goods that have un-canned options without packaging (such as buying ears of corn instead of canned corn).
