Car, truck, tractor tires and tires with rims are accepted for recycling at the Drop-Off Station and Recovery Yard.
Recycle Right!
Tires cannot be processed through the curbside recycling system, so please refrain from putting them in or next to your bins. They are also banned from Michigan landfills! Tires can be recycled, but they shouldn't be recycled into surfacing that children come into contact with due to their lead content.
Live Zero Waste!
Try repurposing tires! Local high schools use them for sports conditioning.
