What To Do With Return to A-Z Guide
Acids and bases
Acids and bases are most commonly used scientifically, and collected into a large drop-off bin. If you need to dispose of used acids and bases, take them to Washtenaw County's Home Toxics disposal site.
Recycle Right!
Always safely store and maintain acids and bases and do not dump them down drains or dispose of them in the general trash.
Live Zero Waste!
Try to avoid using harsh chemicals in your work unless absolutely necessary.
