What To Do With Return to A-Z Guide

Colored paper

Colored paper, such as craft construction and scrapbook paper, is accepted for recycling in curbside recycling carts and at the Drop-Off Station and Recovery Yard. Paper can be printed, drawn, or written on. Staples are okay to leave on. Paper in brand new condition is accepted for donation at locations throughout the A2 Area Reuse Network

Recycle Right!

Colored paper falls under the mixed paper single-stream category. Staples are okay to leave on. Remove paper clips and any metal bindings. Glitter, sequins, and plastic paper coatings are not recyclable and not accepted.

Choose Zero Waste!

You can repurpose colored paper as scrap paper, use it to create homemade cards, or for craft and collage projects. Donating unwanted craft supplies is the best way to ensure they will be reused!

While we do our best to stay updated on alternative reuse and recycling locations, we recommend that you call locations before taking your item(s) to confirm that they currently accept them.
