Paper envelopes are accepted in curbside recycling carts, and at the Drop-Off Station and Recovery Yard. You do not need to remove the plastic windows on paper envelopes.
Shred any documents first that have personal information on them.

Paper envelopes are most commonly used for shipping cards, notes, etc.
All recyclable items should be washed, rinsed, and clean of all particulates of food and any liquid residue before placing them into the curbside bin.
Remove caps and lids and discard into the trash.
Residential curbside carts must be placed at the curb before 7 a.m. of the collection day.

When first arriving on-site, stop at the gatehouse to have your materials assessed and pay the appropriate fee (if applicable).

The gatehouse staff will give you direction as to where your items should be placed.
Often you are required to visit several different areas and receptacles.
