Recovery Yard Drop-Off Services
The Recovery Yard accepts a wide range of construction and demolition (C&D) and single-stream materials for recycling and safe disposal. To ensure that the materials are properly disposed of and to increase landfill diversion, most items are subject to fees. Upon arrival, please stop at the gatehouse, to have your materials assessed by the attendant and pay the appropriate fees. The gatehouse attendant will then direct you to the designated drop-off areas where your items should be placed.
To save time and money, it's recommended that you separate your recyclable materials from general waste before arriving at the Recovery Yard. For safety reasons, pets and children under 13 years old must remain inside the vehicle at all times. Prices are subject to change, and our staff reserves the right to refuse any material that is deemed unsuitable.

Drop-Off Recycling Material Fee
A general $3.00 standard general recycling fee covers the recycling of these accepted materials:
• Mixed Paper/Boxboard
• Cardboard
• Plastic bottles, tubs, and containers (PET#1, HDPE #2, and PP #5 only)
• Metal cans & scrap metal (non-electrical items)
• Glass bottles and jars (any color)
Large vehicles bringing in excessive quantities of materials will be subject to a Large Vehicle General Recycling: $15. Large vehicle is defined as a small box truck and up, a fully loaded truck, or trailer.

• Paint or varnish
• Toxics
• Alkaline batteries
• Liquid
• Food waste
• Asbestos
• Soil, dirt, turf, or sand
• Asphalt
• Deceased pets, livestock, or wildlife
Additional Fees are charged for certain services and items, these include but are not limited to:
• General waste (i.e. furniture, construction debris)
• Yard waste
• Concrete
• Clean wood
• Tires
• Propane Tanks
• Freon Appliances
