Volunteer Zero Waste Team at Ann Arbor Mayor's Green Fair

Friday, June 14, 2019 - 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We need volunteers for our Zero Waste Team at the Ann Arbor Mayor's Green Fair on Friday, June 14th (6-9pm). Volunteer shifts are 1.5 hours in length and will be 6:00-7:30pm and 7:30-9:00pm*. 

During the event, volunteers will oversee a three-bin Zero Waste Station to educate event patrons and guide them in placing their materials in the correct bin. 

Thanks to past volunteer success, the Mayor's Green Fair has been able to divert an average of 92% of the event's waste from the landfill!
