All Divisions of Recycle Ann Arbor will be closed on Friday, July 4th. Friday's Curbside Pick-Up recycling will instead take place the following day on Saturday, July 5.

Hangers, Wood or Plastic
Wood and plastic hangers are not recyclable and are not accepted in curbside recycling carts or at the Drop-Off Station or Recovery Yard.
Recycle Right!
Do not put hangers of any type in curbside recycling carts. They can jam up the machinery, causing damage and delays and creating unsafe conditions for our workers.
Choose Zero Waste!
Hangers are reusable! Choose longer-lasting types of hangers, like wood. Avoid plastic whenever possible.
